Meet Our Property Management Team
Richard
CEO & Property Manager
Richard is an experienced property manager and holds an intimate knowledge of Melbourne’s Inner West.
Richard has his own property portfolio and wants to share his passion, by setting a new benchmark in the industry and providing exceptional customer service whilst educating owners and tenants about property management.
When relaxing, Richard likes to support the local community and can be found taking in the local sights while walking with his dogs, Ally and Ernie or having a latte at one of the many dog-friendly venues, or you might even bump into him at one of the local park runs around Newport Lakes.
Valerie
Business Management
Valerie is our newest recruit to property management (yay!). With her background in Social Work and business development, this unique blend of empathy and business operation supports owners and tenants to have a unique experience at Judge Realty.
Valerie’s current property portfolio is 3 and is keen to expand further. Having lived in London for many years, Valerie has a weird obsession with one British TV soapie (Hollyoaks), but other than that, she’s pretty normal and can usually be found early mornings at the gym or on Wednesday evenings she can be found on date night with her husband.
Jasmine
Administration
Jasmine lives and breathes Melbourne’s Inner West, with excellent customer service skills, she really knows how to support owners and tenants feel welcome and a part of the community.
Jasmine is also an accomplished business woman and mum of two. We’re excited to have Jasmine’s local knowledge and support with business administration. When she does take a break, Jasmine enjoys putting her feet up and listening to 80’s music.
Regine
Administrative Assistant
Regine Torema is one of our administrative assistants (our secret super power).
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communication, Regine believes in the importance of balancing accuracy with creativity. She provides pro-active customer service, transparency in business processes, and efficiency in day-to-day management. Regine ensures that clients and their investment properties receive excellent care and are well-supported.
Regine believes in the importance of a good work-life balance and enjoys spending time painting, gardening, and being an awesome pet parent to Beepo and Tatta.
Claire Ann
Administrative Assistant
Claire Ann Ladua is also an Administrative Assistant (another secret super power).
Claire holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management which equipped her with exceptional organisational skills and a high degree of attention to detail. Claire diligently oversees the management of all documents and upholds the provision of exceptional service to our clients.
Claire has a penchant for dancing, singing, crafting works of fiction, and occasionally engaging in artistic pursuits. She loves anime and K-pop and takes requests to draw anime!
Jason
Administrative Assistant
Jason is currently an Administrative Assistant who is looking forward to progressing onto becoming our first trainee property manager.
Jason brings extensive transferable experience from athletics, Commercial Chef and Craft Beer Brewer, Retail Management and Construction. You may have seen him throughout the late nineties to early two thousands competing in swimming for Australia!
Jason excels in transparent communication and attentive customer service, rental providers and renters.
He embodies our values and is a recent convert to the Inner West, becoming an entrusted member of the industry and community. Keep a lookout for him at Yarraville Run Club on a Wednesday night (when he’s not sampling the local cuisines!)
